We offer weekly property inspections which includes weekly home inspection, running the dishwasher, check the temperature & heat, start automobiles in garage, run all facets, flush all toilets, check crawl space/basement for water leaks, accept FedEx and UPS packages and place them in your home, water plants, alert owner of all major findings immediately, provide weekly reports, drop your car off at the airport prior to your arrival and pick up after your departure, and can even pick up groceries before your arrival and place in your house for you.
